This was me last week, 2 yrs no soft drinks Just one day I had a bottle, by night I couldn’t sleep I was so restless I thought it was a spiritual attack I ran 2 Google in panic & saw it's from the soda I took that day I was like... people that take this daily una get 2 heads?

Since I started my fitness journey and eating healthier, my body now rejects processed sugar except natural sugars from. I have been so restless and uncomfortable since I had a little candy last night 😩.
