@SoundmikeMike @teesbirds1 @DurhamBirdClub @nybirdnews It used to be regular winter event, Long Eared Owls roosting in that area, sometimes up to 5 birds, that's why the rspb built the platform, but for the last 4or5 years they have been far & few between, with the odd one for one day, would be nice if they start coming back

These are the eight prisoners taking part in what is thought to be the biggest hunger strike in UK history since Irish republicans began refusing food in 1981. Tonight it has emerged that five of them have been taken to hospital. Two haven't eaten for nearly 39 days.
