Over the weekend, South Bay Construction had fun competing for their first time in the Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk Chili Cook-Off 🌶️ There were so many amazing chili’s to try, but we found that building relationships with each other was even better! #SBC #teambuilding

Construction is well underway at 1091 Industrial Rd, San Carlos! It will be a 3-story 138,350sf core + shell life science building w/ 2-level subgrade valet parking + public plaza. We celebrated “topping out” placing the last steel beam on the steel structure!🏗️#SBC #construction
