$NWBO I appreciate the value George Z brings to NWBO, he IMO is a underlooked asset to NWBO and us investors. He was instrumental in handling enagement activities with the CVC "Cancer Vaccine Coalition" And yes his upbeat demeanor was there after the latest PR and then the Cohen Settlement. @TonyVerazzanno After approval the game for NWBO changes forever, multiple catalyst come into play going forward. First things first is MHRA approval.

@SouthernDrive21 I do not discard any FOMO or any news that would completely change the game (and I intend to fully profit from it if it happen) or even a B/O. However, as an investor, I'd rather bet on a predictable course. I see it as something like Amazon, on the long run.

$NWBO Makes me think of NWBO, most giving odds intially as a long shot regarding the Cohen Case and for that matter being a long shot to be a successful Bio Tech player on the Big Stage. Both may come big winners in 2026. Payouts could be enormous just like Golden Tempo.

@hoffmann6383 $NWBO Okay, so I did find out yes their is a settlement and seems it is $$, but will not be disclosed and $$ will be moved into a trust for now. This makes sense, since we do not want other Market Makers knowing what was settlement and use as leverage. NWBO will not be required to put out a 8K for now until money is moved from Trust I would suspect. They are getting the lower Tied MM's first it seems which is great news! Here is some detail on Trust. Court settlement funds often go into a trust, specifically a Qualified Settlement Fund (QSF or 468B trust), to allow for orderly distribution, tax optimization, and lien resolution. Defendants deposit money into the trust to immediately release themselves from liability, while beneficiaries can use the time to structure payments and protect public benefits.

@TonyVerazzanno Tony, it will take some time, however do not discount FOMO even if a POP is short lived. See it many times and been involved with another OTC from .30 to $10 in a very short time, pure FOMO.

$NWBO New Dockets regarding Discovery Here is the first 3 main pages of the expected documents I was waiting on today for May 1st. Rest of documents covers Exhibits and other information about Case. "NWBO respectfully requests that the Court enter a Protective Order relieving Mr. Mitts from compliance with the Subpoena. The Subpoena represents yet another of Citadel’s attempts to burden NWBO and its representatives with costly distractions." I have 36 pages so can not post everything, hoping @hoffmann6383 can review over weekend.
