Saudi delegate requested that the representative of South Arabia be silenced after raising allegations of Saudi violations, including support for organizations linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and their potential threat to global security, while also calling for an international investigation committee.

- Riyadh‑backed forces captured 92 members of the southern forces at the “Al‑Adwas” camp in Ghayl Ba Wazir, Hadramawt. - Saudi airstrikes targeted three ambulances while they were performing their duties to evacuate the wounded.

- We have documented 801 violations since December 2025 in southern governorates, causing widespread damage. - 62 civilian facilities were damaged due to Saudi airstrikes and attacks by Riyadh‑backed forces.

Local Human Rights Report: - Since December 2025, we have documented the killing of 133 people in southern governorates, including 113 military personnel from the Southern Transitional Council forces and 20 civilians, among them women and children.

To the masses of our great Southern people, at home and abroad: As the blessed Eid al-Fitr approaches, it is my pleasure to extend my sincerest congratulations and best wishes to you all. I pray to God Almighty that this occasion returns to us, and to the Arab and Islamic nations, with goodness, prosperity, and grace, and to our country with peace, security, and decisive victory. Today, we stand at an exceptional juncture that demands from us all the highest sense of historical responsibility. We must fiercely and uncompromisingly safeguard our national achievements against anyone attempting to undermine them. This is our duty to the sacrifices of our righteous martyrs, until we secure our national rights: independent decision-making on our own soil, and the establishment of our fully sovereign, independent federal state. In response to the recent statement by Human Rights Watch, we affirm that all necessary files and documentation have already been submitted to international humanitarian organizations, foremost among them the United Nations Human Rights Council, during the current session held in Geneva this month. Legal submissions have also been filed with relevant international judicial bodies, including the International Criminal Court, as part of ongoing efforts to ensure accountability. We have taken all possible measures to provide comprehensive evidence and documentation within the current session, which is set to conclude on March 31. Accordingly, we emphasize that the case is now formally before international institutions, and we continue to pursue all legal and human rights avenues in accordance with established frameworks until justice is achieved.
