Not enough emphasis is placed on players/staff knowing ⚽️ laws of game/directives. PGMOL give briefings but how about web portal showing dynamic examples of scenarios/correct decision/law to help players/staff/media/fans to understand why officials have made correct decisions?

I really feel for officials who are only doing what they’re told, yet people watching are telling them they’re wrong because they’re quoting laws or directives which changed 20 years ago. Players and managers talk about fine margins but playing to the correct laws of the game key
