Usually, this is an error between the app and the server Try this: ​Log out of the app entirely. ​Clear the app cache in your phone settings (Under Apps > X > Storage). ​Restart the phone and log back in. ​That usually forces the DMs to sync properly. Hope that helps you get back online

Can anyone help me figure out why my DM is not working ? I had to install and reinstall to be able to access spaces when I switched to a new phone .Finally figured that out but list access to messages now .I would be grateful for any help
