I don't say things often but here I will. Trackmania community come on! Never has been a tournament THIS BIG that support the player base in Trackmania existed. Be thankfull. When is the last time 500.000 in prizepool was on the line for Trackmania including paid for international travel and stay? Here are 4 points surrounding EWC Trackmania 1) Europe will occupy more then 50% of the slots. there are 32 slots - 6 are straight up for Europe. - 8 are from a dreamhack in Birmingham. Who will go to Dreamhack? Europeans! - 8 are there for Trackmania Elite Cups which Europe will dominate. Europe will through this system occupy around 18-20 of the slots in EWC. 2) Growth You want trackmania to grow? This is how it's done giving opportunities to other regions to interact with the game and build pathways to succeed. The more you take away from the other regions, the less they will participate. 3) WORLD cup It's called the Esports WORLD Cup. You have to have the world participate to make it a WORLD Cup. Take a look at the FIFA World Cup. Do you think Cape Verde and Haiti who qualified for the group stage are stronger then Czech Republic or Denmark? Because one of Denmark and Czech wont qualify and both Cape Verde and Haiti did! This as certain regions get certain slots. Would you say FIFA dont know their football base? 4) Be greatfull, this can disappear. You have been given an amazing opportunity as a Trackmania Community as a whole. Embrace it, as StarCraft and Rennsports player WISH their game was still in EWC. This can disappear.

I hope the trackmania community over time can appreciate and support such good opportunities, not shoot them down at every turn. I understand the frustrations some have, but it's a good thing to have more representation. Especially a year like this is your chance to show support. If all you have is criticism, then keeping it a little in check and not always voicing it is also support.

.@Hylis1 is there a world where acceleration penalty is removed from the game it only makes all the RPG/Trial/Obstacle maps way more painful, not to mention the clips etc. the wallbangs are not an issue these days and are easily avoidable please we have to let it go 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
