@elonmusk @nikitabier you guys have said that you want to incentive original content and stop people from seeing the same post a bunch of times. Here's two very simple recommended changes. Firstly, remove the embed feature. People should only be able to embed their own videos. They should not be able to embed other people's content. Embedding causes 90% of the duplicate posts that people see and it's what ends up screwing the original creator. Removing it would force people to repost or quote post good content, immediately cutting down on all the ripping off of content and duplicate posts. Secondly, have a feature to specifically and easily report stolen content. Let people link to the original post and use Grok to analyze and if it's a match, hit the people who are stealing content with a strike. Yeah some people will download content and make small changes but it's this feature would still make a big impact. Two super easy changes that would make a big difference IMO.
