I turn 62 today. Glory to God who has been so faithful to me even during the many times that l was not faithful to Him. I am absolutely grateful for the doors that God has opened for me and the many doors he closed. As l reflect on what He has done over the past 62 years l am excited about the next 38 years. He is not done with yet!

As we come to World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 October 2024,
Open up and talk about suicide and with your close ones;
1. Keep an eye on the signs that one may be thinking of about suicide
2. Engage and speak openly using the word suicide
3. Show them you are there for support and most importantly,
*4. Practice self care after talking to someone about suicide

Old habits that have been unhelpful can be changed,
Repeated use of positive coping strategies helps the brain to super charge more and more positive neural pathways,
As stated here, the practice element is important,
