I visited my learned friend @Sp_Musangala at his firm @lawatMAS and was impressed by the group of about 40 lawyers—mainly composed of a new generation of lawyers. If you set systems and work diligently, you’ll succeed. What was even more heartwarming was the short trip in the elevator. An ordinary citizen joined us, beaming with a smile. Upon inquiry, the quivering lady, middle aged, who must have been a shopkeeper, dashed to hug counsel @Sp_Musangala I love this man, she beamed, and I always wanted to let him know. She hugged him so tight until the ground floor. Never mind, it was only three floors. As we left to go our way, she dropped to her knees, thanking him for being a good man. I left thnking, lawyers are not bad afterall. We all impact people’s lives in ways we do not imagine—sometimes without knowing. The power of our lived examples. Do good whenever you can and act in good faith - always. The world will thank you right back in ways you’ll never imagine. Do it also because it is the right thing to do, not in epxctation of reward or some approbation. Thank you my brother @Sp_Musangala for the learning moment. I left even more inspired.
