I expected an extension filing by now for $CCIX. We are 24 days out until the August 6th deadline. I’m personally leaning toward liquidation now but still have some commons since NAV is ~$10.89.

The Churchill team has 2 other SPACs currently searching for a deal. $CXII which trades 6% above ~$10.05 NAV and $CCIX which trades near its ~$10.88 NAV, likely due to upcoming deadline. If we see an extension filing CCIX could catch up some with CXII plus its 13M shares smaller.

$CCXI options are expected to be added tomorrow.

$TACO Berto merger sub filed 6/25/26. Hopefully the team that brought us $IONQ, $HQ, $PL, and $RSI has another banger lined up. They also have a 2nd active SPAC now, which usually is a good indicator of a DA soon. It’s currently one of my largest positions with NAV at ~$10.47.

$SVAC redemption floor is gone today due to the Friday observed holiday. The final day to redeem is today unless the merger meeting gets postponed.

Another one that mentions robotics is $AEXA, but it already trades ~14% above NAV.

I’m searching for SPACs that mention robotics as a target after watching $CCXI. Tom Lee’s $FCRS mentions robotics as a possible target. They had one of the larger EXP increases last quarter with an ~$660K increase. Currently trading below its ~$10.28 NAV. futurecrest.com
