“Wrong person in the role.” It almost never is. A team is a system. Roles connect to other roles (an interface). That’s the level the team actually operates at. But every role has a person sitting inside it. And between the person and the role, there’s a gap. What the role demands versus what the person actually brings. Rarely lines up clean. That gap is where dissonance sits. Sometimes the person can’t quite meet what the role demands. Underfit. Stretched thin. Sometimes the person far exceeds it. Overfit. Boxed in. Both produce dissonance. Different shape, same structural origin. And there’s a time question on either side. - Will the underfit person grow into it fast enough. - Will the overfit person stay engaged long enough. Runway problem, either way. Calling it a “people problem” just names what’s visible. But doesn’t tell you what’s structural underneath.

The chevrons symbolize the Army and Air Force uniting. Earlier versions existed since the 1940s. If this is the "stolen" one you're referencing, it's an official gov design from 15+ years ago. Might explain the simple look.
