Endfield Standard Banner units are too good dawg. People are calling Rossi dead on arrival and, like, fair enough. She competes with Pogranichnik. Even if her debuff is somethin like 20% that's still below his Breach + doesn't generate SP. + Ch'en is still the best Vuln applier
