The EPS gets added last and goes to the highest team that hasn't already qualified for the Champions League. So in this scenario 7th place would take that extra spot.

And both would join the top 4 in the Champions League, if they won their European trophy. And 7th would then qualify too, via the EPS. Try researching it, rather than embarrassing yourself.
