@hannimedi Yeah, that sucks. I had the same thing happen to some of my models. Only thing that fixed it was to essentially disregard anything I put out publicly as fair use, and to make it free + write off as promotion for my work, so fewer people would end up 'buying' them from these guys.

@WhitStillman I've got a friend who lives in LA and knows some people in the industry (she isn't actively in it) and she keeps hearing this, and also between the rise of AI slop and commercialization of everything... yeah, big ouch. Maybe there's a tipping point that's gonna change things?

@jpalmiotti I still have this game installed! It's a blast and it feels like a spiritual successor to the OG Max Payne games, wish a remake was possible.

Garth Ennis and I had so much fun writing this video game featuring The Punisher, based off the WELCOME BACK FRANK Marvel Knights comics we did together. Tom Jane did the voice for the character on the game and all these years later, I see Tom about once a year for a few drinks. A Great guy, amazing talent and one creative guy. I remember when we wrote Iron Man wanting to get a drink and thought there was no way they would let us get away with that line...and we did...so many other things in the game are just so insane.
