@PurelyJR @GTAVI_Countdown Simply put, you need to go build a cabin somewhere with wood that you've cut down yourself with tools and materials you've made yourself. Then hunt for your meat, tend to your garden, cook with fire you created the caveman way, and get water from a natural source.
Have fun.
English

@PurelyJR @GTAVI_Countdown As you use Twitter and likely other social media. On the internet. On your phone. That you pay online with your bank card. That likely has a direct deposit. That's definitely secured by your bank.
I can literally go on and on. It's been in everyday society since the 90s, pal.

Take-Two has laid off the head of AI division and a number of other employees who worked on “cutting edge technology” to support game development.
This comes after CEO Strauss Zelnick publicly stated that AI can never create a hit like GTA and that zero generative AI was used to develop GTA 6.

English

@Tank95C @Phuxlea @GTAVI_Countdown You do know that AI has been around since the 1940s, right? As far as general use with society, it's been around since the 90s and has only improved and been implemented in almost everything we all, including you, use every single day. Computers, internet, banks, PHONES, etc.
English

@Phuxlea @GTAVI_Countdown You're part of the problem. AI should never have existed in the first place but I dont expect anyone born after y2k to know and understand that.

@JimmyBhoy22 @WrestlingNewsCo @EBischoff I'd argue the Cena retirement tour being a main focus last year despite his limited dates, plus unfortunately timed injuries to key people in big storylines over the last 5 months are the biggest detriments contributing to the current situation. But that's just me.
English

@WrestlingNewsCo I could be very wrong @EBischoff but is there a possibility WWE peaked completely at the end of the Bloodline saga at Wrestlemania 40, with one of the greatest endings ever, and apart from the John Cena run, has struggled to find it's feet or that big thing since ?? ☘️🇮🇪

Eric Bischoff on D-Von Dudley's YouTube channel said the WWE product is starting to feel flat due to a "sameness" across the characters, storylines, promos, and presentations.
"I think it's starting to feel flat for the same reasons it felt flat to me back in 2019 when I complained about there being a sameness. There's just a level of familiarity in each one of the characters and each one of the storylines and each one of the presentations and each one of the promos."
Bischoff said certain performers still stand out, praising CM Punk and Becky Lynch, but said the rest of the roster blends together.
"There needs to be more diversity in the types of stories they're telling, in the types of characters. They have to get that sense of something fresh and new. There's just a familiarity now that needs to be broken up."
Bischoff said Triple H is the right person for the role and has deep knowledge of old-school psychology: "Paul Levesque is absolutely the best choice for that role."

@WrestlePurists Jericho's contract was frozen because of his tours and injury time off. That's why he's never been removed from the AEW roster page when his contract was supposed to expire. Meltzer himself reported that. So he's sewing fan discourse between the two companies here like a choad.
English

Dave Meltzer on Chris Jericho’s AEW return:
“From the WWE standpoint, and I don’t know what they told him. I know I was told that they wanted him for a retirement tour. And maybe that’s not what he wanted, but I don’t know… With AEW, perhaps he was gonna get more longevity. There’s a lot of advantages for AEW, and there’s always money. He may have been offered more money in AEW… His money situation is probably pretty great, I would think. He made a lot of money in these years in AEW.
I think that at this point, especially at the age he’s at, he’s gonna want to do what’s creatively fulfilling and fun. AEW’s a little bit of a risk in the sense of… He’ll probably have more input into what he’s gonna do in AEW than he would in WWE, but he’d have a better audience in WWE, I think for sure. The better audience, that is certainly part of the deal, but money is part of the deal. Creative freedom is part of the deal. What each side’s plans are is part of the deal. There’s a lot of other factors involved. I think there’s less risk in WWE in the sense that the crowd is not gonna be as difficult for him in WWE.
But this was his decision. His decision was AEW, and I’m sure that he considered every one of these points and many other points when making this decision.”

@guywhocomment @belovarness RT is a review aggregation website, which is just compiling all published reviews to reach an overall score average. Yeah, they have reviewers as well, but their review score is compiled with the rest.
Metacritic is the same thing for games, movies, TV, and music.
English

@belovarness Do we really care about rt tomatoes? They gave the same thing to love and thunder and multiverse of madness but didn't to brave new world or marvels
English

@meloismone I actually didn't mind how he looked. It made sense, especially since he gained his powers from an accident with electric eels being experimented with by OsCorp. The final battle with Electro in the train yard was also cool.
But people either wanted Tobey or Spidey in MCU.
English

@meloismone Everyone did really good in that scene. It was also great how that still haunted Peter when we catch up with the ASM version in NWH in the MCU.
Electro, despite the complaints about how he looked, was probably the villain that was given the most writing and development.
English

so like.. where was this energy in 2012???
nostalgia@nostalgicfile
Nothing against Tobey & Tom, but Andrew Garfield Spiderman felt different
English

@ja_brooks11 @britneyvinyl It'd be foolish to do that after a complete fame out. 7 was the chance for that, but it got wasted just to be a rug pull moment.
The franchise just needs to move on from all the established characters now.
English

@britneyvinyl I just want Stu alive in 8 then do whatever because Sidney story can’t truly ever be over unless the past truly dies

Spyglass most likely commissioned Lilla & Nora Zuckerman to write a SCREAM 8 treatment/outline for them, using their Lantern Entertainment LLC to copyright the concept.
One of the copyright owners is “LE Development, LLC” which is owned by Lantern Entertainment aka Spyglass Media Group. This is the original name before Gary Barber renamed it.
This LE LLC lists other Spyglass film treatments as a ‘recorded document’ and then film scripts & screenplays as ‘text’. The films include: SCREAM 5, HEART EYES, HELLRAISER, etc. and now SCREAM 8.
Most of the work listed under the LLC is ‘employer for hire’. This falls in line with the studio commissioning writers.
SCREAM 8 being listed as a ‘recorded document’ with these other Spyglass films is NO accident. The Zuckerman’s most likely submitted a SCREAM 8 film treatment worth copyrighting.

@CuriosityonX Of course, the Bible thumpers flooding in with their rhetoric. If there is anything resembling a god, it's the universe itself and has absolutely nothing to do with what the Bible fables depict. Bible is myths and an exaggerated tale of a man that rebelled against the old ways.
English

@RedJamesz @konstructivizm People that find the universe interesting. After all, we all came from it.
The better question is why bother commenting at all if you don't care?

Our galaxy isn’t alone in the cosmos. The Milky Way and its largest neighbor, the Andromeda Galaxy (M31), are locked in a slow, inexorable gravitational dance—rushing toward each other at about 110 km/s (roughly 250,000 mph).Right now, from our vantage point on Earth, everything appears serene. Andromeda is still a faint, fuzzy smudge visible to the naked eye on dark nights, lying about 2.5 million light-years away. But the clock is ticking on a truly epic scale. In roughly 4–5 billion years, the two spiral giants are expected to begin their dramatic interaction—though recent 2025 research using the latest Gaia and Hubble data has introduced uncertainty: there's now about a 50/50 chance of a full merger within the next 10 billion years (with only a tiny ~2% probability of a close encounter in the next 4–5 billion years, factoring in influences from the Triangulum Galaxy and the Large Magellanic Cloud). If they do merge, the first close pass could happen around 4.5 billion years from now, with a full coalescence potentially taking longer—perhaps 7–8 billion years or more.Stars, vast as they are, will mostly pass harmlessly by one another—the immense distances between them ensure few actual stellar collisions. Instead, gravity will reshape everything: tidal forces will warp the elegant spiral arms into chaotic tidal tails, trigger bursts of new star formation, and eventually blend the two into a single, giant elliptical galaxy (sometimes playfully called "Milkomeda").Our night sky would transform utterly. Andromeda, once a distant whisper, would swell to dominate the heavens, its glowing arms stretching across the stars—before the merger scatters them into a diffuse, glowing blob. This cosmic slow-motion spectacle is already underway, unfolding on timescales far beyond any human lifetime or even the existence of our species.A reminder that the universe is dynamic, patient, and full of grand reunions.
These stunning artist conceptions and simulations capture what that future merger might look like—from the dramatic approach to the swirling merger aftermath. The future of our galaxy? Not destruction... but transformation on a breathtaking, cosmic scale.

@DriverReference @RexSpidersaurus @Variety Ah yes, because not being successful means a person should just give it up, even if they're enjoying the opportunity and the experience of it.
What dreams have you given up on or not even attempted in your life? Try focusing on that instead of somebody else's.
English

@RexSpidersaurus @Variety And the results of this 20 year “career?” Racing little Miata type cars at a local Scca track isn’t big time racing.
English

Frankie Muniz's NASCAR career forced the #MalcolmInTheMiddle reboot to shift filming to a Sunday-to-Thursday schedule.
“I would film Sunday through Wednesday, fly Thursday, race Friday, and fly back Saturday. It was exhausting, but I also know how cool it is to have the opportunity to get to do this again, so I wasn’t going to complain at all. I am so thankful to everybody on the production for working around my NASCAR schedule... It was the first time in my career as an actor that I was happy to have the label ‘actor.’ When I was a kid, I just showed up and said the words and it all worked out. Now, I’m making a plan going into the scene. Doing the prep makes the process really, really fun.” (via Entertainment Weekly)

@EricBalchunas @Variety The New Guys was highly entertaining. Blade Runner 2099 was highly entertaining. Nobody went to those movies because they weren't 'trendy'.
English

@Variety It's not complicated, put out entertaining movies, not lectures, and people will go
English

Ryan Gosling says it's not on moviegoers to save movie theaters. That responsibility falls to the Hollywood studios.
“Six years ago, I got the manuscript [ for 'Project Hail Mary'], the most ambitious thing I’ll ever make; it seemed impossible. It was too good not to give it a shot. Six years later, we did it. Here we are, we’re all back in theaters. It’s not your job to keep them open, it’s our job to make things that make it worth you coming out.”
variety.com/2026/film/news…

English

@Variety Wow, considering he's had quite a few movies that were really amazing that flopped because people didn't go to the theaters for them, that says a lot. I feel like I'd be a pretty bitter person if that happened to me.
English

@therookiewatch @WrestleOps @spittinchiclets He likely doesn't want to do that. Plus Cena literally the only guy egotistical enough to announce his retirement a year before it happens and then do a 'retirement tour' just so he can monetize it with merchandise.
English

@WrestleOps @spittinchiclets Is it just me.
Or this guy should have gotten a tour like John Cena?
No offense.
But to me.
Brock Lesnar is the most dominate wrestler to have ever graced a WWE ring.
