Is "DRT On Demand" app by @SpareLabs (tinyurl.com/t4s7m228) another example of IT in Canada? The app croaked immediately after installation. Subsequent attempts to use it were too frustrating. I'll be calling @Durham_Transit's toll free line: 1-866-247-0055 to book a ride.
