Home. What I have learned from the week: I will never audition for Countryfile presenter. You can waste your heartbeats. I ache in places I didn’t know existed. The Lakes are canny but a bit far from Zara. Imagine teacher tired x10. I am too old for 18 hr days. Cheers

Today’s delight was ghyll scrambling. It’s fun they said. They lied. Walk against the current of a river on slippy stones. Climb waterfalls. Disappear in deep pools you don’t know exist. Freeze. Oh and wear a white hard hat. I was not made for this life. Photos are canny tho

Today I climbed a mountain. The most pointless thing I have ever wasted my heartbeats on. Walk to the top of a massive slope. Freeze. Get whipped by the wind. Walk back down. What even is it about? Not for me that like. Never. Ever. Again.

I love my team BUT today was dire. Tino is made of glass, Miley went missing, Woltemade is not a midfielder, Ramsey, Barnes and Elanga were off it and Osula looked like he’d never seen a football. Oh and we can’t pass a simple ball. Sunshine was good tho On we go 😊 #nufc

@chriscricjourno Everyone is entitled to their opinion but for me, Eddie has genuinely given me some of the best football weekends I’ve had in my life. Granted it’s a bit Pete Tong at the moment but I shall continue to keep the faith for a while longer.
