@damiespoppins We have reached out to the only person that came forward about the issue themselves with a solution, now that we finally have one. This, in our opinion should be dealt between us and the person involved only and not publicly.

@SparkleEvts genuine question besties: if you’re still waiting on kate what’s stopping you from politely asking her to redo the autographs of the people who were deadnamed? it was brought to attention weeks ago

@selndtroislaugh This is definitely something we will change for the next events, we are very sorry if your autographs arrived damaged, we did put a “do not bend” on all letters but clearly this wasn’t enough for some of them

@SparkleEvts I would like an explanation about why you sent out autographs in a thin envelope without any kind of protection. Mine got bent and got slightly ruined. I know that plastic sleeves(?) can be expensive, but there are definitely other cheap and effective things you could’ve used..
