@Sparks_Spectrum I've noticed that with a lot of cartoon mother's in the 90s and early 2000s. Where people during that time really into bottom heavy figures compared to top heavy? Perhaps it was easier to get away with a bottom heavy figure then a top heavy in cartoons.
