Hyper Calvinist Reformed Baptist, Jesus only awaits the repentant, not the prideful, Gender is biologically determined, "he" is also linguistically neutral.

@Vampyr_Bat @OfAthenry "knowing this first of all, that no prophecy of Scripture comes from someone’s own interpretation. For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." - 2 Peter 1:21-22

@Vampyr_Bat @OfAthenry "believing you can infallibly understand the Bible" The premise of what you say here is that you're arguing that Protestants affirm men are without sin in their understanding of Scripture, which is untrue and no reformer affirmed.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats You're inherently asserting that my position permits things that are impermissible which is either an expansion or removal of Scripture which makes me heretic. There is no reason to confront me on what I have said otherwise.

@Spartan3222 @LostMyHats You're making bad assumptions and are experiencing a comprehension issue. My role here is the cause of Logos - factual accuracy and logical consistency. Come to terms with your errors and work out whether they involved sin with God, not me. Hence, introspection.

Many think that a “Messianic Jew” is a Jew who believes in Jesus. That’s a common misconception. A Jew who believes in Jesus is called a “Christian.” There’s not a special name for that. A Messianic Jew is a syncretist who despite believing in Jesus, chooses to retain post-temple, non-biblical rabbinic traditions that developed in opposition to Christ. This phenomenon also exists in Islam, in which “C5,” “Insider Movement, or “Messianic Muslims” profess faith in Jesus as Messiah, but retain Islamic cultural, social, and even some religious forms. Purely Talmudic traditions aren’t any more biblical than Koranic traditions, and both are in similar error. When one follows Christ, it requires letting go of false religion completely and embracing Jesus so fully that traditions invented in denial of Him have no quarter in our lives.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats Every other means for which you've been arguing from has been on accusation of sin because you're claiming that I'm removing from Scripture, where else would a prayer of ignorance be directed at?

@Spartan3222 @LostMyHats This is tiresome. I'm not engaging with you to make claims about whether or not you're sinning. Brother, you were factually incorrect. You now know it, but won't admit it. You were arguing from ignorance, but won't admit it. You are not a victim of malice. Again, introspection.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats That's not a means of sin, accusing someone of acting in sin on the basis of ignorance is not justifiable of a follower of Christ, how is that loving? It does not pertain to me either being in Spiritual error. Neither does it pertain to reducing my argument.

@Spartan3222 @LostMyHats Pray that you cease arguing from ignorance, especially concerning the subject of the Talmud. Also, reconsider your trust in whatever source led you to believe the Jerusalem Talmud's timeline began before the birth of the Christ and ceased at the destruction of the Temple.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats I pray that the Lord would open you eyes, not to the permitting of wicked ways as you seem to assume those who disagree with you permit, but to the paths of righteousness, seek the Lord and He will make straight your paths. May the Lord be with you and may peace be with you.

@Spartan3222 @LostMyHats You're done. If you don't see the disconnect between what you just said and your argument against the Christian man who was attempting to impart wisdom to you earlier, there's no point in attempting to discuss it. You're committed to defending a position, regardless.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats If I am employed in software development for the sake of God, which I do to worship Him as my calling, yet that is not delineated in Scripture, is that thus forbidden? For that is logical demand of your assertion.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats Where are your fruits when you supplant Scripture by your own authority? Scripture is clear that there is no means to know what is forbidden except what God has given to us, we worship by our daily employ, yet if our work is not described in Scripture is it then forbidden?

@JimDand49783668 @LostMyHats There is also no distinction of those who practiced faithfully in fellowship of Synagogue in the 1st century while having fellowship in the Christian meetings either, the Jewish Christians aren't criticized in Scripture for voluntary practices except when imposing on salvation.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats Scripture is the only means I listen to for what God has said, not the words of men who make everything about worldly ways, Scripture permits liberty in our traditions, Paul makes that quite clear, if you have something to condemn a brother by Scripture alone is sufficient.

@Spartan3222 @LostMyHats You're coming across as very disingenuous. You're arguing from obvious ignorance on the Talmud and you're arguing against logic itself concerning clinging to practices associated with a distinctly and deliberately anti-Christian religion.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats "Did it list every such practice ever?" That's a strawman, I never argued that it named every practice nor does it need to, it names the principals of forbidden practices, if a practice is forbidden it has direct reference, whether it be idols, perversion, or sacrifice.

@Spartan3222 @LostMyHats I should probably carry a staff with a list of my accomplishments in the name of God hanging from it and make it known to everyone at all times, eh? Does the Bible forbid adopting the practices of worshippers of "other gods?" Yes. Did it list every such practice ever? No.

@tiermakeracco17 @LostMyHats Scripture is quite clear of those who reject Jesus, they are not of us, they would not stay among us, there is no means for which you can prevent the separation by scoffers, they should've been ejected long ago.

@JimDand49783668 @LostMyHats The Apostles were Jews, much of the New Testament were Jews, and Revelation calls the Christians the True Jews, the primitive Church was descended of the Hebrews who continued to practice in the Synagogues alongside fellwoship and still voluntarily practiced Jewish traditions.

@JimDand49783668 @LostMyHats And that's relevant to the discussion how? I mean I hate the term quite much, like perhaps you people should realize I believe in conquering Israel for the Christians alone and making Jerusalem a totally uninhibited city til the day the sons of Judah praise Jesus as in Zechariah.

@MarlinDBJr @LostMyHats Does Scripture forbid my name? Are there names delineated as acceptable in Scripture? If so would you please quote them for, I would happily comply with God's Word should the Spirit inform me of such. But is the Spirit truly in you? Where are your fruits?

@LostMyHats "You should really check your heart, and whether or not your heart understand His." I have been repeatedly referring back to instruction regarding Scripture, you assert something is wrong not by Scripture, if it is wrong, it would be explicitly spoken in Scripture.

Lol. Like a million places. “Touch no unclean thing” (that’s why I worded it this way, presuming those familiar with scripture knew it was a reference of 2 Cor 6:17, citing Isaiah 52:11, Ezekiel 20:34, etc). That’s an explicit command not to employ false worship practices for Yahweh. Over and again the Bible condemns re-purposing false worship practices for Yahweh, from Deut 12:29-31 to the golden calf of Exodus 32, to Nadab and Abihu to Leviticus 10. The Hebrews were explicitly banned from taking worship practices to false gods and employing them for Him. That’s kinda a major theme. Beyond all that, I just have to ask, why on Earth would you think God would ever be pleased by worshipping His Son with practices designed to blaspheme His Son? You should really check your heart, and whether or not your heart understand His.

@LostMyHats "why on Earth would you think God would ever be pleased..." Because its a matter of the heart, adherence to God's Word comes through sanctification, we are at liberty to the traditions we use in the process, just as some baptize their children and others do not.

@LostMyHats "The Hebrews were explicitly banned from taking..." Sure but there's explicit mention of what those were, if the matter is prohibited, Scripture delineates it, every act we do is itself meant to be a worship of God, but God does not explicitly tell us everything we are to do.

@LostMyHats "to Nadab and Abihu to Leviticus 10." This is not even remotely the same issue, there's actually examples of God also not punishing acts of worship committed in sincere error, they didn't, they were not sincere of heart and despite having full knowledge ignored God's command.
