If you want your Arm to take Care of you, please take Care of it.
1) Be Proactive re Arm Care (Pre/Post)
2) Keep your BASE strong
3) Be sure Arm is FULLY stretched out prior to aggressive throwing
4) Avoid LONG periods of time off w/out some type of Active Rest
