On the issue of what stirs up hate: * Reform hosted Lucy Conolly on their main stage at conference * Senior members of Reform, such as Zia Yusuf, regularly describe their political opponents as "traitors" * When Keir Starmer's house was firebombed, prominent Reform supporters circulated Russian propaganda minimising, and joking about, the attack So when it comes to political discourse what are the rules. If jeering at Nigel Farage in the House of Commons chamber crosses a line, what is the line now.

Portsmouth Council have given orders for all England flags to be torn down from residents’ balconies right before the World Cup semi-final.
There reasoning is they don’t want to offend ethnic minorities.😡

Right then … as Ross Clark points out, the claim that 2,700 people were killed by the heat is bollocks. (Technical term)
It was presented as an actual death toll. It wasn’t. It was a modelling exercise and er.… not actual mortality
UKHSA found NO excess mortality during the May heatwave.
And in the 2 published ONS weeks covering most of June’s heatwave, death registrations were actually 918 BELOW expected.
But the hysterical headlines pushed the narrative as if it was fact. As always, question everything.

Police say they are not looking for anyone else over the murder of Ann Widdecombe after arresting a 28yr old in Rotherham.
They also say it's not politically motivated.
He just drove almost 300 miles and back to kill her an old lady for no reason 👀

I’m not surprised at all by the news that Ann Widdecombe’s murder is now being treated as terror-related.
Something was off about it from the start. Everybody could sense it.
And the journalists who attacked Nigel Farage for merely suggesting it should be ashamed.

Yesterday 3 Men risked their own lives without Hesitation to save 2 young children at Seaton beach in Hartlepool. 3 men on a mission to save children drowning and this was the only surviving Man.
This Man dragged one poor child out the water and saved their life, this needs sharing to reach the man so he knows what he done yesterday was unbelievable and we all thank him ❤️
Our hearts go out to the other families involved in this heartbreaking incident😢

In Germany, pro-Palestine protesters got very angry when an officer politely asked them to pick up all the trash they left behind.

This is what we’ve lost.
Been in a small coastal village near Salcombe in Devon for the last week.
It hits you straight away. Complete lack of diversity and the place is spotlessly clean. Streets you could eat off. No rubbish, no graffiti, no mess.
The cafés and shops are run by polite English kids. Smiling, working hard, speaking properly. The sort of thing that used to be normal everywhere.
No vape shops. No Turkish barbers. Just quiet English life by the sea.
You can see exactly what has been taken from us. This is how it all used to be. And now it only survives in these few forgotten corners.
Depressing when you realise how much we gave away.
