going from 1c uniques to chase uniques is fucking crazy.
there are some huge gamebreakers that let you reach 5mirror build performance with like 200 divines, especially on the defensive side of things.
also can we get a lock-in on no pre-league nerfs past a certain date please?

I think its broadly correct to question a company hiring someone with no coaching experience for the most coveted coaching position in the LEC.

Why does everyone seem to think they know how good a coach is including a bunch of circle jerking coaches that think just because they have been doing it for years that an ex pro player with no coaching experience cant come in and be 1000x more influencial to a teams success idgi

@LSXYZ9 @MiddlecottIsMe I think having people on staff that can get into the details is really crucial. I think if thats the head coach amazing and great coaches do this in multiple sports
Other coaches still understand the game but are great administrators and communicators and use that for alignment

@LSXYZ9 @MiddlecottIsMe Honest question do we still feel like people don't know what coaches do? I think its largely accepted by now there are 2 kind of head coaches.
1) design and enforce a game plan for the team and coach to thay game plan.
2) align with player/s game plan, understand it and enforce

@At1as_Tek I mean we did have a chance mate. We had significant leads. I get frustration as a fan but don't rewrite what happened.
We can only learn, go away put in more effort and have another crack at worlds.
We get 1-3 shots a year to make it land. Trust me We want it too.

@Spawnlol But at what point does the effort become actual results? How many times do we have do a Korean bootcamp, or go to internationals just for us to go home saying "good effort" or "we learned a lot". I just would like to wake up at 3am and feel like we have a chance.

Insanely proud of our efforts this playins.
Players gave 110% of everything they had, and at the end of the day T1 were the better team.
Learnt alot about ourself this tournament and will use to to grow for split 3.

Today wasn’t good enough.
Getting eliminated from the MSI Play-In with a 0–3 loss is a result that’s impossible to be satisfied with. Our performance wasn’t at the level we expect from ourselves, and as the head coach, I take full responsibility for that.
To everyone who believed in us and supported us, I’m truly sorry that we couldn’t give you a better performance. I know many of you expected more from this team, and so did I.
Right now, my mind is heavy with disappointment, but feeling sorry alone won’t change anything. We have two weeks before EWC, and we’ll use every day to reflect, improve, and rebuild our level.
The responsibility starts with me, but every one of us will work to become a better team.
Thank you for staying with us, even on difficult days. We’ll keep working to earn your support again.
