Hi I'm Stephen Joseph I'm presently on an 8-5 full time vet student Gig In the university of Ibadan. Designing has somehow become something I'm not able to do due to lack of time, light, a million tests to write and 1 billion slides to cover. I hope I'm able to work around this

Tomorrow, I turn 18. And it feels kind of surreal, for real. 17 was a really great year for me. The year everything became clear. The year I finally understood God. The year that I remember as the one that propelled me to greater heights. The sense of maturity and responsibility came earlier than expected. I'd always wanted to explore and flex like most people of my age. Life could be taken seriously later. But yeah, the day I decided to look at life from a different perspective was when it all clicked. You had to eat or be eaten up by issues of life, literally. I had time, so why not focus now and flex later? So I kick-started, strangely with no root fear at all. My goal was always clear: show my family the side of life they've never seen before. And take my mom to South Korea too, she wants that one day, and I have to reward her for being there for me at one point. It hasn't been easy to keep in focus, but I think I've balanced it all well. I mean, I have a 5.0 GPA for two semesters, resulting in a 5.0 CGPA in my freshman year. And the journey has been good too, all thanks to God for that. I've had the chance to interact and work with reasonable people across different countries. People who only care about results, as it should be. So yes, 18 will bring a lot of blessings. Hopefully, we take her there this year. If not, we do it at 19. No pressure. But yeah, I'm looking forward to more results this year. More collaborations, more gigs, more yeses. And I believe, sometimes I doubt, but I believe in the root cause. And yes, it's not easy to move around these streets as a young person without pressurizing yourself. But I think I've learned to handle that very well. So yes, cheers to 18. And yes, before I forget, to the Zion at 25, who will surely get a chance to read this: No matter where you are or whatever point you read this: You did better than most at 16. You did better than most at 17. You surely did better than most at 18. You haven't gotten there yet, but I know it. Cut yourself some slack and be proud of yourself. See you at 19.
