Happy #FirstDayofSpring from yesterday’s Dog of the Day… good boy Gus, who stoped by for his neuter surgery. Ever meet a pet or person who just really looks like their name? We think Gus is totally a Gus! Do you have a pet who absolutely lives up to their name?

… She’s all about cutting her own bangs and making bad decisions - but not this time. She’s swearing off boys; no bad breakups or babies for her! (Plus other health and behavioral benefits). (Also, just to be clear, she is absolutely adorable). 🐰

Everybody say hi to super-sweet Dog of the Day adoptable lady London, who stopped by for her spay day from our great rescue partner Genesis Pit Bull Rescue, She was rescued as a stray from the Baltimore streets with her puppies after being used for a life of breeding… 💔 1/2

Cat of the Day Luka stopped by today for his neuter day plus shots, and to get a hematoma on his ear checked out - our great rescue partner Bowie Citizens for Local Animal Welfare (CLAW) helped this cool dude get vet care!

… and eartip (so folks can see they’ve been TNRed). That’s 32 cats who’ll get to live safer, healthier lives without endless litters - we’re so happy we’re able to help! 2/2

Say hello to our feral friend! They stopped by our nonprofit clinic yesterday with ❗️31❗️ other community cats from our great rescue partner Loudoun Community Cat Coalition (@loudouncats) for all of them could get spay/neuter surgery, shots, flea/tick/etc meds, a microchip… 1/2

Ready to leap into the weekend? Adorable chinchilla-lookalike bunny boy Winter is, and despite his name he’s bringing Spring weather with him! (Thank goodness). This cool Netherland Dwarf rabbit hopped over to the clinic Wednesday for his neuter day, and to enjoy a yummy carrot!

@SpaySpa Are tortie males less crazy than tortie females? I’ve had 2 torties (both female) and they were the wildest cats I’ve ever had. I loved them both dearly, but they had their own lives to live and did what they needed to do.
