@joemagicdevelop Hi Joe! The option "Don't show it again" is in the bottom left, and the close option is in the bottom right on the Spectacles page. If you can't see these options you may need to adjust the size of your screen.

I have a unit that does not work correctly with a software error every time I go to use them and I’ve already sent and received emails from the support team with help where non of their troubleshooting resolved the issue — so I provided my Order ID of when I purchased them so I can get a replacement and it’s been WEEKS since I received a response back.
I have just sent a new email linking the previous Support Case # alongside posting here on X.
Can someone tell me what’s going on with all of this? This is seriously the worst support I’ve ever had on a product, and that’s saying a lot…
