ADHD isn't the problem. Trying to learn in a conventional way might be. Many with ADHD struggle with traditional reading because attention drops when brain stimulation is low. Listening changes the equation. Audio adds pace, tone and movement - all stimulants, helping the brain stay focused for longer. Research shows: - Humans naturally process spoken language faster than they read - The average listening speed is ~1.5 -2x - ADHD brains often prefer faster playback because of higher stimulation What feels like a limitation can become a superpower. You may not be able to read faster, BUT you can absorb information much faster by listening. Stop fighting with your brain. Start working with it. Try it this week and you might surprise yourself with what you can accomplish.
