Wide stance
Feet point out
Knees pushout
I squat :
Feet just outside hips, point inwards abit
Knees stacked under hips
Knees pointing straight
Creating tension on down phase
I squeeze my adductors / hip flexor muscles to pull myself into the squat

@mar_st98 Before I drop my list, know that MY goal is to be as athletic as possible, size isn't the goal but is a BYPRODUCT of the training
1) Sprints
2) Uphill Sprints
3) Sled Push
4) Plyometrics (Single leg & double leg jumps)
5) Squats (Single leg & double leg, not traditional squats)
