LEE’S POSTCODE WALK ❤️💙
This one means a lot.
Our very own Lee is taking on a postcode walk, not just for the miles, but for everything he’s been through to get here. Life hasn’t always been easy, and like many of us, Lee has faced his own battles. The kind you don’t always see. The kind people carry quietly.
Instead of letting it beat him, he’s decided to turn it into something positive. Something that can help others.
Every step Lee takes is for those who are struggling in silence. For the ones who feel like they’ve got no way out. And for the reminder that you’re #NeverAlone
If you can, please get behind him, whether that’s a share, a message of support, or a donation. It all matters.

Today I received my Level 3 Counselling certificate, and I am incredibly proud to have reached this milestone.
Over the past year, I have completed my introduction course, Level 2, and now Level 3. What began as a daunting challenge—often accompanied by self-doubt and a sense of not belonging—has become one of the most rewarding experiences of my life.
Despite feeling out of place at times, I remained committed. In doing so, I not only developed academically, gaining an understanding of approaches such as psychodynamic theory and person-centred practice, but also gained valuable insight into myself—my thoughts, behaviours, and the impact of past experiences.
This journey has strengthened my confidence and reinforced the importance of self-awareness in personal growth. I am now in a far more positive place and motivated to continue my development.
I am looking forward to progressing onto Level 4 and continuing this journey.
This experience has shown me that self-doubt is natural, but growth comes from persevering regardless.
Keep on stomping Keep on believing in yourself.
Who loves ye babeee ✌️ ✨️

At just five years old little Ryder Wells has been through more horror than most would experience in a lifetime 😢 It feels like this kid needs all the support he can get right now, so let him know that he is beautiful and brave! ❤️
