@WalkFlorrie is going nowhere, we’re a constant. We have to be. So lads know there’s always somewhere to go, when not feeling too good. Mutual support & sharing experiences often help a lack of belonging and emotional connection. Remember we’re here for you. Every Monday & Friday at 10.30 from @TheFlorrie #NeverAlone ❤️💙

WALKFLORRIE TO MAKE TRIP FROM DINGLE (Liverpool) TO DINGLE (County Kerry) ☘️ @walkflorrie have confirmed a community trip to ireland, travelling from (Liverpool) to Dingle (County Kerry) with a 2-night stay in Galway. The Journey is more than a trip abroad. It is being made in memory of Walk Florrie’s fallen brothers, (Ian, John, Alan, Michael, Paul) whose lives and friendships have helped shape the groups values of togetherness, openness and mutual brotherhood. During the trip, members will stay in Galway before travelling on to Dingle, where they will part in a wellbeing walk, reflection and meeting with a local community group. A key aim of the visit is to build lasting links between our 2 amazing communities. Tony Caveney, founder of Walk Florrie, said; “This trip means a great deal to all of us at the Florrie. We’re carrying the memory of our fallen brothers with us every step of the way. Going from Dingle to Dingle was a pipe dream myself and Ian Jones would always talk about on the walks, sadly Ian lost his short battle with cancer in July 2025, so we thought it only fitting to honour his memory by fulling the journey on his anniversary, while also setting up links around the 2 dingle areas. The journey will hopefully symbolise connection, friendship and more importantly the power of community” Walk Florrie hopes the trip will not only honour those friends we’ve lost but also create new friendships and conversations long after the group return #NeverAlone 💚💛

In my life at different times, I've had £5 to feed myself and I've had £500 to go out to eat. I’ve asked for lifts and given lifts. I’ve had a house full of food and I’ve been without food. I’ve given people clothes. I’ve been given clothes. I’ve been in stores cashing out with no worries and I’ve also had to add it up and put it back. I’ve paid my rent in full and I’ve had to pay it late too. I’ve given money and I too have had to ask for it. We all have highs and lows in life, some definitely more than others, but we’re all just trying to make it. No one is better than anyone else, and I pity those who think that they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money sits in your bank account - we all bleed red and will all die someday. Death has no discrimination neither should your life. Be kind to others. And know not everyone has the same heart as you... There are people who pretend they love but will leave you standing in the storm just so they can shine... Enjoy your life! You only get one. #NeverAlone ❤️💙

Really needed today’s walk & more importantly really needed the company. Good to have Andrew Byrne join us this morning as well. “It’s going to be alright” someone said to me, it’s seems an of the cuff remark but when you break it down, there’s power in them words. They works best when it’s backed by real solidarity, being there for someone, walking beside them, giving them space to talk or just be. Please remember it’s never as bad as you think. #NeverAlone ❤️💙
