ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A 2-TIERED JUSTICE SYSTEM IN AMERICA AND ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A DEI ACTIVIST JUDGE EXERCISING JUDICIAL TYRANNY IN AMERICA Joseph Schwartz, a revered rabbi and well known member of the Jewish community in New Jersey who is battling heart issues and diabetes, has received a 36 month prison sentence for a third party staffing firm's failure to pay taxes. NOT HIS OWN FAILURE. Rabbi Schwartz paid every dime to the government! Prosecutors pushed for time served, the judge rejected it. Then, the prosecutors backed his 1-year plea deal, but New Jerseyโs US District Judge Susan D. Wigenton, who was nominated by George W Bush, crushed this frail manโs life! She has sentenced him to THREE YEARS in prison, which is basically a death sentence for him, given his extremely poor health. Meanwhile, this same activist federal judge freed a MAJOR violent black drug dealer in 2021 who was arrested when police discovered he had 109 vials of heroin and a handgun in his possession inside his Gucci fanny pack while he was engaged in a BOOTY CALL. Judge Susan D. Wigenton made national news in that case for legally recognizing โfriends with benefits,โ ruling they fall under Fourth Amendment protection after the man was caught with drugs at the home of his โspecial friendโ. The Judge ruled that โFriends with benefitsโ can have Fourth Amendment standing, agreeing with the defense that the manโs โhomeโ extended to the home of his โfriends with benefitsโ and that his lawyers had grounds to challenge the seizure of his drugs and weapon. This is SHAMEFUL, obvious antisemitism by Judge Susan D. Wigenton, and the DOJ should investigate this judicial tyranny.
