THANK YOU DANNY CHAPMAN Harlow Town Football Club can confirm the departure of First Team Manager Danny Chapman. Danny was a very successful player at Harlow Town FC throughout the 2000s, joining in 2003 and making over 200 appearances for the club. He departed the club in 2008 and re-joined in 2010 as First Team Manager. Danny’s time as First Team Manager can be remembered by many successful seasons, competing for promotion to Step 3, gaining promotion via the playoffs in the 2015/16 season, as well as being the manager to bring silverware back to the club for the first time in 18 years in the form of the Thurlow Nunn League Challenge Cup. The following season, Chapman led the club to the Thurlow Nunn Division One South League Title. We cannot thank Danny enough for his efforts with the club, for the last 23 years he has been involved, with the only gaps between being 2008-2010 and a brief period in 2020. He will be remembered as a legend of the club who has brought some legendary moments for hundreds of people. We wish him all the best for the future.
