Justice Madlanga basically says IDAC had no basic facts to even allow the referral of the Fidel Adams case that arrested General Dumisani Khumalo and others Investigating it was worse, the case had no bases to be referred and accepted by IDAC That shows you that IDAC is law to itself and it must be disbanded #MadlangaCommission @CyrilRamaphosa @mmkubayi
