The Chinese government saw the news of their people being caught selling counterfeit goods here in South Africa and instead of acting like victims and treating their citizens like Hero’s for breaking our laws! The first thing they did was to call out their citizens for breaking the laws of our country, told them that they don’t support their actions and offered support to South Africa…

Sorry to deviate but why is there one set of rules for South Africans and another for everyone else? South Africans have to battle red tape, permits, compliance requirements and endless bureaucracy just to survive, but many foreign-owned spaza shops keep trading with little visible enforcement. That is not fairness. Enforce the same standards on everyone, or admit that South Africans are being disadvantaged in their own economy.

Here’s an idea: let’s allow foreign politicians to serve in SAs Cabinet too.😃 Our lazy & unskilled ministars can compete against them for positions and they better not dare ask questions about laws, rights etc. Otherwise we’ll immediately label them as xenophobes.
