honestly i think locals, monthlies, regionals and all of the smaller stuff should just be winner takes all. has some real stakes in the competition and would make everybody want to play at their peak and not just be satisfied with a mickey 5th place

I'm a firm believer that even games that have been out for 20+ years can be broken or unlocked or have completely unthought of ideas and ways to succeed. I will not waiver on this belief. I've seen too many unique and interesting new players with new takes completely change games
