What’s going on with @Target you are forcing ppl to self check out and only have one lane open? I asked both employees in the self check out and in the lane if they could open another lane and both said they couldn’t???? Horrible customer service.

Exactly! I don’t work for Target, O shouldn’t be forced to go to check out because they have one lane. Even though, I don’t like to self check out, I would if there wasn’t 20 ppl in the line. Then you have the whole store with employees, you’re telling me someone couldn’t open another lane? After I asked??? I felt so bad for the employee who was working the line and unable to keep up with it!

@SpicyBoxing @Target I am also against this. First for selfish reasons because if I need help, they have to call someone over anyways but secondly... all those closed checkout lanes represent paying jobs a human being could be working.
