havent thrown up yet this time tho 👍 its been weeks of pushing myself to work double the amount of hours in a day that my disabled body tolerates. singlehandedly progressed my ME/CFS from moderate to severe with this book job probably. just hoping i can reverse some of it now

@SpicyNewts god this is so real. like on one hand i’m very lucky to not experience super intense pain but the fact that it’s near constant is just like. overwhelming

i hate chronic pain so much aaaagh its driving me insane. its not even that bad of a pain, it definitely could be worse, its just the fact that it comes back every day. im so tense and wound up from it and got so much anger about the situation with nowhere to put it

and ice pick to my eye sound fucking wonderfull right now tbh

the worst this is that i know what to do to avoid the pain but still have to go and trigger it anyway to do my job and make a living.
