@ShefVaidya Over the years I have realised that wherever the models are wearing bland, dull, badly tied sarees with those oversized, I'll fit blouses, the ad eventually ends up being extremely high on the woke index.

@krithikasivasw It means there were no proper ethics or POSH channels in the first place. Or those channels were also led by personnel who never registered the complaints formally. So victims complained elsewhere 🤷 (btw this happens in other companies too, where POSH dept isn't strict)
