S.P.I.E.S. Updates

This account is for daily or almost daily updates on progress with the S.P.I.E.S. video game. It's for people who want to follow all progress even if some updates are rather small. Warning: will probably contain spoilers!!

@SpiesUpdates Did you mention a while back when GE25 ended that you will still be able to use the watch animation when pausing the game??

Added the watch to the left hand and textured the M16.

@battierpeeler The scoped version of the SilverSight wouldn't spawn in the hand and after many hours I still couldn't figure out why. It worked fine before. In the end I deleted the whole thing and started from scratch and it works now.

@SpiesUpdates did whatever was the problem here get fixed since you wrote about it?

I was hyped to see they added some MetaHumans to Quixel Bridge, but when I downloaded one and dropped the folder into SPIES the editor crashed. 🤷 No sense in wasting time trying to get it working now, we'll just wait until MetaHuman is production ready and then try again.

I'll never really enjoy watching a James Bond movie again but I still like the scene.

Today I'm getting the firing range working and making impact decals for paper surfaces.

@deathclonic Good idea! Maybe I'll add that at some point.

Sorry for being quiet! I've been working to complete the HQ level and add a bit of interactivity in places. I won't reveal what specifically though because it will be more fun if you all discover it for yourselves. 😉

@the_backagain92 It's possible that could be an option if enough people want that.

The shooting course is almost finished. Here's a sneak peek. At the end you get scored and rated. Hopefully in the next few months we can release a test build of the headquarters level so you can try this for yourself if you like. We'd like to see if any1 can get the top rating.

Here is the first finished Mission of #FursanAqsaGame Final Demo which is coming to #Steam soon. This is a Challenge Mission, it is different from the Campaign Missions, because it is focused on gameplay, where the player must complete some tasks to earn a Ranking Classification.
