@Prayers_4Her Yes this is true but on average ex fat people will have more muscle mass than people who have always been skinny

@Spinecolony It also depends on what you’re eating when losing the weight ofc. Obviously someone who calls themself a “junkorexic” isn’t gonna be keeping as much muscle on as someone who’s prioritizing macros

@skinnebo This is true!! I was very active before starting my weight loss and I naturally gain and keep muscle easily so I've always had a bunch of muscle no matter what weight I am

@puddinglover27 Walking will help you keep muscle mass in your legs and incline walking is actually the best for that and there's so many callisthenics workouts you can do for your upper body that require 0 equipment. Also make sure you're eating complete proteins

@puddinglover27 5kg a month is quite a bit for your bmi and you will 100% lose muscle doing so. If you want to keep your muscle make sure to eat protein which is 0.8g/kg and actually use your muscles. Even light repetitive workouts work and you don't need any equipment

Does anyone else hate themselves so much their type is the opposite of them? I have really pale skin (im naturally strawberry blonde so I don't tan bc I have the red gene), I'm short, blonde hair, and blue eyes and my type is dark hair, dark eyes, tanned or darker skin and tall

I don't interact with people that age but if you are I would genuinely like to know what your parents are doing. This is non judgmental because you are a kid but that’s exactly why I don't understand if you parents don't know what you're doing

i keep seeing 13/14 year olds on here and i can’t stop thinking about how dangerous this app is… it gives you access to everything, and i’m genuinely worried about these kids😕

@Alvagated @S0ulGhoul I did it! But I pushed my body so hard I now have orthostatic hypotension and take medication for it because no matter how much I eat my blood pressure is low. I QR'T what I did to do it and it was extreme it doesn't just happen unless you have something medically wrong

@S0ulGhoul Isnt this actually possible at higher weights to lose more in a short amount of time? Assuming they went the ed route and did extreme fasting and extreme low cal, it’s possible I think?
