After 9 years I won my first singles tournament today. The least stacked weekly of all time but we fucking take those. I wanna thank my mom for buying me a gamecube with Melee in 2002 and @LiquidHbox whose bracket reset at EVO16 pushed me to go from a spectator to a competitor.

@upgamer_Nicki I started paying attention to my macros recently (trying to get in shape for the summer). With my hight, weight and activity I’m aiming for 180g per day. But without protein shakes it really feels impossible to hit. I’m lucky I love tuna and don’t mind Magerquark.

How in the world do people consistently eat 150+ grams of protein in a day. I tried to turbo maximize my protein intake and only made it to 106 grams. Guess my usual two and a half meals per day won't cut it 😅 any tips???
