Hell of a shift from the lads today in training for the Welsh 3 peaks by completing the Abergavenny 3 peaks Blorenge Sugar Loaf and Skirrid, walking between every mountain. 21 miles full of smiles and laughter. Well done boys. 👏👏👏👏
