@B1TuckerCarlson I picked up this sig M400 forge and FRT. the trigger is butter 3.5 lb pull. I’m going to put a 1 x 9 scoop even though 100 shots are easy with red dot. I think Sig is my favorite manufacturer.

@118EightyFive @hotstepmedia1 @HotepJesus Have you corrected what you got wrong? You claimed it was a small utility knife? I’m hearing karmello didn’t take the plea deal that would have resulted in 10 years sentence.

⚖️Nate the Lawyer breaking down the Karmelo Anthony case from a legal standpoint — and this is worth understanding 👀 His take — it was murder, but if you put up the right defense it’s also manslaughter. There are two ways to get to manslaughter in Texas 📖 1️⃣ You’re charged with manslaughter directly. 2️⃣ Imperfect self-defense. This is when someone genuinely believed they needed to defend themselves but overreacted to the actual threat. Nate’s argument is that Karmelo was acting in self-defense but overreacted to it, which legally puts this in imperfect self-defense territory. ⚖️ The problem according to Nate 👇 His defense team failed to actually prove that during sentencing. That distinction is the difference between a 35-year sentence and a 5–7 year sentence. 😳 Same set of facts. Different legal strategy. Completely different outcome. 💭 This is why the defense attorney you have matters as much as what actually happen
