Had a great weekend at the @eastcoast_sb showcase! We played in the 18U bracket and I hit .615 with 3 doubles, 5 singles, 1 walk, 6 RBI, 1 runner picked off at first and a diving catch on a bunt from behind the dish and then doubled up the runner on first! This past weekend at New England’s Finest Showcase, I was 5 for 11 (.455) with a pair of doubles and 3 walks (OBP .571) off of some good 18U teams and some pitchers committed to D1 schools. Also contributed with 6 RBIs and some plays in the field. This week I was recognized as one of my teachers Student of the Year. So happy that my hard work in my classes and on the field continues to get noticed. Freshman year of high school softball continues. In the last week we have played 4 games. High school ball has started and I’m having a blast with my team. Learning a lot from my older teammates and continuing to grow. 2 clips from yesterday’s game with a ground rule double and a defensive play on a bunt.
