@Splendor_HQ @TridentineBrew How many non-modular homes are built and inhabited as primary residences to date? FYI Smith County GIS shows 11 residential parcels still owned by VS Inc (flood plain aside). Just to clarify I stand by my ~50% statement. Several lots have changed hands multiple times since 2021.
