You don't need to build a team around one or two players, you definitely don't need a leader for a sporting project. You just need to sign profiles who compliment eachother. Signing galacticos who don't compliment eachother won't help you in long term. Two most important positions Madrid should've focused was Dlp & a natural right winger. None of those profiles were brought.
