I hate to make this post, but when no one responds or offers solutions, you gotta speak up. Had a deal with a guy named Cam from Shuffle I asumme is @camshfl - At first, he seemed kind, but after I requested a bonus we agreed on, he went cold and called me a coke head. He told me that i was probably entering a dark hole, but i wasnt - i just asked for a bonus, he thought i made up. Thankfully, @noahdummett paid me out without question, he could see that something wrong happen. (only got the bonus, not the lossback) But whats remaining is my VIP privileges were revoked without reason. They still owe me 10-15% Lossback that I haven't received. Really disappointed. Not only that, I caught that they were providing better com% models to newcomers, so i kindly asked for an upgrade now that i helped shuffle in the very early days, but i just got instant cancelled on my request and told nothing to do, thats how you get treated just because you didnt ask for alot to start of. I hope @shufflecom @andersoncalum @noahdummett @robshfl @camshfl would reflect on this and what can be done better next time, Post would be removed once all is fixed. few tags for futher attention on this, thank you all @ArjHatesCash @RunAlongs @Romer @TheGoobr

maybe @camshfl you can respond? shuffle support can not tell me anything and doesnt breakdown how much im owed of the lossback. This does look very weak, that you not even transparent with the bonus adding, and that i cant get any reply on why my lossback privileges was revoked, Even though Noah paid out the bonus to me that you meant I shouldn't have received. @shufflecom @noahdummett @ishanhaq

I have lost -365k on shuffle, and they revoked my VIP privileges, my lossback deal, my top monthly wasnt paid out month after month, even if i requested it. And the reason for that? because i asked for a bonus that i ended with getting paid anyway from @noahdummett Now that im trying to see how much im left on, i cant because the support doesnt support these calculations. Im left with never touching shuffle again, until they fix this issue, please be aware of who you trust and which sites you play on today.
