If I remember correctly, Steve Lutz inherited a 5-win team at A&M CC, added 12 players from the portal and has now made 3 Tourneys in a row with 2 different programs. Plus big time assistant experience. I don’t know how OSU fans could expect anything more. That’s awesome.

Maybe an AD who understands 2 National Titles & 24 Conference Titles are an actual selling point to come coach here. I'm tired of mousing around like we are KState Wazzu or Vandy when it comes to hiring

Imagine having a Basketball program with 2 National Championships, 24 Conference Titles, Six Final 4 appearances and a Top 25 all time resume. Now imagine hiring for that program like we are Hellen Kellers sisters of the poor. That's what it feels like with @ChadWeiberg as AD

You know what woulda been great + caused #klemmer to trend again woulda been seeing how long he woulda stayed in there. But the mountain of tears that @BarstoolYak would have cried would have eventually flooded him out. They are acting like this was torture. Man took a vacation

(Pls repost) I am no longer affiliated with the Collective other than as a committed donor & am free to speak my mind. Very few of you...including @Seth_Duckworth...fully grasp the NIL landscape...particularly as it pertains to MBB...it is a whole other animal than any other sport. For Mr. Duckworth to pile on @thacoachmike with his flippant comment is indicative of his lack of understanding of the circumstances...and he should take the time to know better. I do find it noteworthy that most of the people who want Mike fired...or who won't give until he's gone...are the ones who donate the least...or not at all. Mike may or may not be our coach long term...but if he's gone at the end of the year our candidate field for another coach will be extremely limited because both the NIL and the player roster will be barren...many of those kids will follow Mike. A roster depletion may happen regardless because all the negativity of the fan base on social media & attendance impacts them more than any of you recognize. Fact is, you can no longer compete at the highest levels on D1 MBB with $500k in NIL...it is just that simple. And if you want to fire a good man before he is provided ALL the tools to do his job effectively, then you'll likely find your own way to rationalize that circumstance...I can't. My suggestion to every fan of @OSUAthletics is put your money where your mouth is like I, and a small handful of committed others, have. @baoktiger @OSUMBB @PokesPurpose
